Customer service could be improved

Earring design is amazing however, I think they could improve more on their customer service as well as the delivery time. Will I order again from this company? I do not think so.

hello madam , actually the delivery timing is with the courier company its not with us you can complain about any delay with the courier company , and we did deliver your items to you as we promised 3 days , BUT the morning delivery or evening delivery is upto the couriers not us .
