Shipping policy

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, please send an email to info@navidjewellery.com

Navid Jewellery processes and ships orders Monday through Saturday . Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/ or shipped the following business day.

We will not process or ship orders on the following National holidays.

For shipments within the United Arab Emirates will be 20 AED. 

Once we have handpicked and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is delayed, lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Navid Jewellery does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
