Refund policy

We understand that each piece of your jewellery is extremely precious to you. In case you are not pleased with the product, you can always return it back to us within the 3-days’ time period from the day it was delivered at your doorstep. 

If the item was customized and customer return it there will be a charge from 25 to 100 AED reduce from the refund amount the charge amount is depends on the item. also If the items that was send to customer unbroken and undamaged and for none of those reasons was returned by customer there will be small charges 25 AED for return courier, or the customer can deliver to our location whis their own way.
